Children's Sabbath Schools

In Sabbath School your kids will be kept busy with songs, crafts, quizzes, games and Bible stories in an age appropriate and safe environment.  We have classes for all age groups.

Teens - 13-15 year olds.  For those in the lower high school age group, Teens have their own space in the ‘Green Shed' - or the portable located beside the carpark out the back of the church.  The Teens have their own social activities as well as an engaging Sabbath school program. 

Juniors - 10-12 year olds.  The Juniors meet in the Upper Room where they enjoy quizzes, Bible stories, and a variety of activities.  Click here for church map.

Primary 6-9 year olds.  The Primary Room is situation at the back of the hall where primary Sabbath school is led by a dedicated group of leaders.  The primary kids have lots of fun in their Sabbath School in a hands on learning environment where they learn more about the Bible, God, Prayer and themselves.  Click here for church map.

Kindergarten 3-5 year olds.  In the Kindergarten room you will find colour, activity and lots of hands on learning.  The creative team that lead Kindergarten continue to introduce the wonders of God and the Bible in an age appropriate environment.  Click here for church map.

Beginners 0-3 year olds.  The team in Beginners welcome children from birth as the leaders in this group just love the little ones.  There are fun stories from the Bible and lots of simple songs and activities.  The little ones just love to come to Sabbath School and the sooner they start to attend the quicker they learn how it all works.  Click here for church map.

Child Safe Environment - We believe that our Children's Ministries should be safe places for children to enjoy and for leaders to be free from suspicion.  Lilydale Church has a Child Protection policy in place which is in keeping with requirements of State Legislation.
