About Our Church

At Lilydale Seventh-day Adventist Church we have developed a personal mission statement. We are:

"People seeking to know Jesus Christ and living to share His love and hope"

As a Church community we meet together on a weekly basis. Our purpose in doing this is to worship God and encourage each other to focus on his soon return. Above all else we want to honour God as the creator, redeemer and judge of the whole world.

We have many fun activities and events all year round. Our aim in this is to share the love we have received from Jesus with others. We desire that everyone will experience the hope we have of a better life when Jesus comes to earth again.

We welcome you to join us in our worship and hope that you too will accept the love he has offered to every human being.

As a Christian church, we are a faith community grounded in the teachings of the Bible. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and is our guide for living a fulfilling lifestyle.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church is a global network of over 14 million members located in 200 countries across the world. We also operate schools, hospitals and development and relief agencies as we believe in not only caring for the spirtual needs but also the social and physical needs of the community.
